CEO & Owner
Conner Cromeenes founded ASCENT Realty Group with one goal: build the most agent-focused real estate team in Spokane and North Idaho. A young, fast-growing team leader, he is focused on helping agents build scalable businesses through systems, accountability, and genuine mentorship.
His approach is direct and results-driven — and he believes the best agents are built, not born. Every system, program, and resource at ASCENT reflects his conviction that the right environment unlocks extraordinary performance.
Amaya Hull
Co-Owner, Partner & Marketing Expert
Amaya Hull is a Partner at ASCENT Realty Group, where she leverages her background in marketing, business development, and relationship-building to support agents and drive growth. A lifelong entrepreneur, she is passionate about creating opportunities, building meaningful connections, and helping others achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
She believes the strongest businesses are built through service, trust, and community. Outside of work, you'll likely find her traveling, behind a camera, or enjoying great conversations over a cup of coffee.
